| Project started with '84 short bed Chevy 4X4 with original 350 engine, worn, greasy, leaking, transmission, weak chain driven transfer case and 3.08 gears in the axles. The truck now has a Dana 44 front axle, 12 bolt rear axle with an Eaton locking diff and Yukon axles, both axles now have 4.56 gears. The trans is a built TH350 and has a gear driven transfer case. The worn, leaking smoking 350 engine was replaced with a 383 with AFR 195 heads, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Demon 750 carb, serpentine belt set up, twin electric fans, long tube headers and dual 3" exhaust.
